There will be a limited number of people allowed in the house.  

NO NUMBERS WILL BE GIVEN OUT AT THIS SALE 

We do not honor customer made lists. 

Please be prepared to wait in line to get in. 

Cash, Credit and Zelle accepted.

First come first served. All sales are final. No Returns.

Property is open to thorough public inspection. 

It is the buyer's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. 

NJGES may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising & on the internet but makes no representations. 

In no event shall NJGES be held responsible for having made or implied any fitness or particular purpose. 

Buyer agrees everything is sold as is and they may not return an item they purchase.
If you are purchasing large/heavy items, you will be responsible for carrying them!
